CTE Europe
Located in Trelleborg, Sweden is a 5 colour Nilpeter "true" combination press. This press is unique as it extended a couple of times, building in new technology, but still keeping some of the older left. This press consists of the following capabilities:
1st station: UV / hot air Flexo - UV Screen (drop in)
2nd station: Cassette with UV Flexo potentially also Gravure and Screen cassette
3rd station: Cassette with UV Offset
4th station: UV Letterpress
5th station: UV / hot air Flexo
It is the only press in the world(!) where there is a combination of UV Offset and UV Letterpress. The press is recently upgraded to enable the press to handle un-supported films and by combining all possible print and drying methods we have a unique ability to conduct extensive real press room tests developing inks that works in harmony with the printing process, irrespective of what combinations our customers choose. It is more of R&D / test press as it consists of 1 printing unite per print method, thus not possible to run any 4 colour jobs for ex.
